Aroma of caramel/butterscotch, gum, and moderate resin hops. Appearance is copper with tan head. Flavor matched the nose, with a resin/spruce finish. Palate is lightly bubbly. Good.

Draft. Deep amber body with a short, fizzy white head. Aroma of toasted grain, caramel, herbs. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The caramel notes of classic English style ESBs are muted in this beer by the bitterness which lingers into the finish. Hop flavors are muted as well.

Draft sample. Poured clear copper color with an average fizzy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate hop and toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.
