An India Pale Ale featuring Nelson Sauvin hops. Named after the Sauvignon Blanc grape, is a variety of hop developed and grown in New Zealand. It has a strong fruity flavor and aroma that is described as resembling white wine, or fresh crushed grapes or gooseberries. Some reviewers of this hop perceive the fruitiness as being very tropical with descriptions including passion fruit, tangerines, and grapefruit.

On tap @ Fermentoren, Århus. Unclear orange body with a dense off-white head. Wonderful aroma, mild, pale malt, some caramel, citric fruit, mango, grapefruit, oranges, grapes and cat pee in a positive meaning with a nice, crisp bitterness. Fine balanced body with a pleasant, long lasting, rather bitter aftertaste. A well-made IPA for sure.

Pink pint can, because fuck yeah. Listed at 8.2% ABV and classified as a DIPA on the package. Pours a hazy true gold with a decent sized cream colored head that hangs out and leaves some nice splotches of lace. Nose involves lots of tropical fruits, something akin to lychee and gooseberry (whatever those are), tart citrus, passionfruit, some honey and lightly toasted malt, some lilac-esque florals, zesty spice, and mild earthiness. Fair sweetness, decent bitterness, near tartness. Medium bodied, quite oily, also quite juicy, softer action, slightly grainy/tannic, finishing dry, floral and fruity. Really nice brew, refreshing and squarely in that "session" DIPA category, which I’m cool with because too much alcohol would weigh these hops down.

65 cl bottle. No freshness info.
Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Citric aroma, grassy hops, gooseberry bush, grapefruit and some piney notes. Flavor is very citric and grapefruity, slightly resinous hops, some malt notes and some sweet mango on the aftertaste. Palate is oily with hops, malty bitter, finish is sticky sweet fruity. Pleasant, quaffable and quite refreshing. Nice.

Man this tastes so good that I want the 1/6 believe for myself. Addictive. Great appearance with huge amounts of lace and fairly long lasting head. The hops are just so spot on and balanced

Hazy yellow - gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildy crisp. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Light orangey start to the hops but good Nelson grape and gooseberry develops. Trace of pine before a light finish. Nice.
