Smooth, crisp, and refreshing, this German style pilsner is a great offering for a thirsty ballgame crowd. A judicious amount of light pilsner malt, a cold lagering process, and appropriate additions of the German noble hop, Tettnanger, make this one of the most approachable beers we have ever made. This beer is flavorful without taking any particular flavor over the top, and is made to be consumed by initiates and veteran drinkers alike. Enjoy a few.

On tap at Shamrocks. Served a golden color with a nice head and some lacing. Aroma of fresh grain, malt sweetness and citrus. Taste of light malt sweetness with some citrus and grain. Nice bitterness and a dry finish. Light body, crisp, clean and refreshing. Nice beer for the style. Complimented my meal.

on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear medium amber color, solid one-finger ivory head, wide strips of lace. Nice aroma of Pilsener. Taste is rich Pilsen malt that moves effortlessly through the palate to a finish with mild European hops. Very traditional, and very good. Recommended.

On tap at AtG Brewery & Smokehouse. Sampler tray. Golden apple yellow with a tiny head that dissipates quickly. Grassy aroma with a slight malt touch on the nose as well. Very crisp and refreshing on the palate. A little peppery on the finish with a nice bitterness.

Draft at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a clear light golden color witha small, disappearing off white head. The aroma and flavor have pilsner malts, grass, mild bitterness, herbal hops, toasted bread, crackers, not very exciting.

On tap at the brewery. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Light Pilsner aromas. Light with lots of grain and malt notes. It has that Pilsner bitterness. Average body and mouthfeel. For a Pilsner, it’s pretty solid.

Tap @ Against The Grain: Cloudy, hazy pear-skin colored body with a soapy white head that settles quickly. Notes of pine & sopa with touches of ripe pear, lemon, citrus zest, & an earthy, slightly ashy hop bite. Kind of a gumminess from the yeast, a little bit of bread. More grassy towards the back-end with notes of white pepper, grass, cracker malts, & a touch of floral orange rind. Yeasty finish. A little thin. Not bad.

Draft as show us your tetts. Golden pour. No diacetly. A very breast yet steadily hopped piles. Not bad for an amero.

On tap at the brewery. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of pale malts, some bread/toast, and some light hops. Flavor the same. Light texture. A decent beer.

Has a really nice aroma especially for a pilsner. Has a descent taste but pretty underwelming.
