COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Danes fuck art! ..We say Sofa King Wheat! Double Wheat IPA. Simple grain bill of Wheat, Pale, Munich and Vienna malts give a swheaty and toasty mouthfeel and flavor. The American hops Chinook, Simcoe and Citra in the boil balance the swheatiness and a dryhopping of Zythos and Citra enhance the juicy fruity aromas.

Golden pour, light white head. Smells of pine and citrus. Bitter front, sweet citrus finish with a good pine flavor. Good stuff.

draft that poured almost a copper color with white head that lasted throughout the glass. nice big hop aroma up front kind of over shadowed the wheat. some slight caramel hints as well. medium bodied dipa though. the flavor was hoppy but not over bearing like some of the others it is nicely balanced and mixes well with the wheat and malt. didnt realize the abv till now but no real alcohol burn on this. very good.

Aroma of caramel/toast with light tartness, big vanilla/citrus character. Appearance is copper with sticky white head. Flavor of caramel/toast, light residual wheat tang and big citrus/vanilla. Palate is medium, oily and soft. Pretty much awesome.
