Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration - Session 2. Pours clear, orange-gold with a fine, white foam head. Bready malt nose with hints of butter and caramel. Light to medium sweet flavor with with more bread, mild citrus, melon, hints of creamy caramel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light toasted grass in the finish, some dry toasty bread, hints of doughy malts. Very, very average.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and fruity with ripe tropical fruits, biscuits, grass, butterscotch, pine needles and grapefruit juice. Taste is slightly sweet and bitter with white bread, persimmon, butterscotch, lemon zest, grass and overripe tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is tiny round, astringent and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with white bread, butterscotch, unripe tropical fruits and lemon zest.

Tap @ CBC 2013. The pour’s deep golden amber with a tiny head. The nose is pissy funk, oranges. Honeyed toast. White grape. The taste is more honeyed toast. Woody bitterness. A bit of earthy hop dirtiness. Medium body, light carbonation. OK.
