Bottled. A hazy light golden cider with a beige head. The aroma has strong notes of cinnamon as well as some apples. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of cider apples and cinnamon, leading to a dry apply finish. The alcohol bites lightly in the mouth.

Clear light golden with large white head. Sweet aroma with carnations and cinnamon notes. Flavor likewise with cardamom notes. Ends sweet.

50 cL bottle, as Agtrup vintercider. Pours cloudy and pale yellow with a diminished white head. Cinnamon and cardemomme spiced aroma with a mild citric accent. Flavour with strong apple citric baseflavour with a distinct mix of christmas spices. Spiced finish with a lasting citric apple flavour.

Bottle. [Papsoe tasting 31-08-2008, thanks buddy] Huge fin bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Clear flat looking body with a pale yellow color. Aroma of cardamom, cloves, elderflower, floral, citrus, fruit. Very unique cider and the first that reminds me of Christmas. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor and good counter acidic. Lingering spicy and sweet finish.

Tap at Kolding Ølmesse. Pours a pale yellow. Aroma of apples, cloves and cinnamon. Very nice flavour of apples, cloves and cinnamon (refill x 2 :o) Very well balanced with the somewhat sour apples and the sweetness of the cinnamon. LOVELY.

Draught. Pale yellow colour. Sweet aplle bit spiced aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is fresh with lots of apples, spices and a nice sourness.

Pours a very hazy pale yellow with a slight green hue. A fine small frothy white head on top. It quickly becomes a small film. Aroma is lots of green apples, cinnamon, coriander and cloves. Light subdued sweetness. Nice mouthfeel. Flavour starts of on a lightly tart note, really well-balanced. Lots of fresh apples, lots of cinnamon, cardemum. A bit sticky. Wonderful balance between sweet/tart and the spices. Wonderful.
