Bottle - Beautiful cider, straw golden with a slight green shine, beautiful white head, lots of fine sparkle; Fresh beautiful nose, nice clean apple aromas covered a little by some spicy aromas, not just hop; Beautiful body, super balanced sweet and acid, fresh with a near perfect carbonation; Long finish where the acid grows elegantly (it could be a little more complex) and powerful, harsh peel and pit feel. Great cider, the best (or actually the only good) I have had from Denmark yet, elegant, sour and fresh!

Bottled. A hazy light golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of sweet apples as well as lighter notes of wood and acid. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and wood, with an OK underlying acidity, that draw some mouthwater, and makes the finish dry. The body is light.

Aroma is moderate apple, sour apple, wood, malty, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20081218]

Pours unclear yellow with a small white head. Nose is sour, strong and hops. Alcohol, corn, earthy, piss and apples. Sweet and synthetic.

This version has 4,8%. It is a light golden cider with a huge, loose and quickly disappearing head. The aroma has notes of apple, flower and hops. The mouthfeel is lively. The flavour is dry with notes of slightly sour apples, caramel, light syrup and flower. It is very tasty and it has a refreshing and bitter sourness.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2009 50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a huge bubbly white head. Sharp phenolic apple aroma, bites in the nose. Flavour starts sweet and citric appleflavoured and followed by a somewhat mouldy flavour/aroma from the back of the nose. Ends with a dry and phenolic mix with the mouldy accents.4-2-4-2-7=1.9
50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is wooden ad spiced. Phenolic too. Flavour is sweet and citric apple flavoured. Phenolic to light acetone.ends fruity and somewhat refreshing. Interesting.6-3-7-3-13=3.2
