Bottle. [Papsoe tasting 31-08-2008, thanks buddy] Huge fin bubbled white head that really lasted. Excellent display of lacework. Clear flat looking body with a pale yellow color. Strange mix of popcorn, elderflower, apple, mild hops and citrus. Over the palate came mild earthy like notes. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Mild acidic and again popcorn finish.

Bottle - Hazy strawgolden body, white head; Dried hop is quite clear in this one as well as warm cane sugar and lots of citrus aromas, small alcohol burn; Way to much alcohol in body, big bubbled carbonation, sour and sweet; Way to much alcohol in finish as well, not pleasant, strange cider like aromas but not really apple.

Bottle, thx to thewolf. Pours an almost clear, a bit pale golden body with a minimal white head. More a layer of bubbles than a real head actually. A bit too flowery on the nose, with fresh apples and mashed apples. Too flowery flavor too, with a nice hoppy twist, alcohol and fruity sourness. Astringent, effervescent, warming mouthfeel. Fruity and hoppy finish. A nice trick adding hops to a cider, but I find it’s too dominated by alcohol. Maybe the weaker version is better? (080301)

(on bottle, thanx to thewolf) Hayyellow, lightly hazy, no head. Cloying appel and youghurt aromas. Siruppy sweet and zingy tart. If served really cold, it would be ok, but there are no signs of the hops.

Bottle @ thewolf tasting.
Bought @ Kolding Ølmesse.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a fine frothy white head that soon disappears. Aroma has lots of apples and a little alcohol. Light carbonation. Flavour is lightly tart, very vinious and sticky. Weak apple notes and very, very light hoppiness.
