Hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma had plenty of spices and among them cardemum and cinnamon. Flavour likewise with hints of toasted malt.

At Kolding Øl dage.Muddy brown colour with small head.Aroma is sourish with note of berries and orange peel, unbalanced andnodd type of brew, but maybe the firste x-mas beer this year.

Tap @ Øllets Dag 2010, Kolding.
Pours muddy red-brown with a small, creamy, beige head. Aroma has cherries, light sourness, some cellar note and a little Christmas spice mix. Lowish carbonation, thinish mouthfeel. Flavour is tart, dusty, cherries and generally weird. Some weird mixture of cherry candies and cellar... perhaps a cherry candy that’s been lying (unwrapped) on the cellar floor for a year or two?

Draught at Øllets Dag, Kolding. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Spicy aroma of caramel, cinnamon and cloves. Spicy flavour of caramel, berries, citrus and cinnamon. Spicy finish. Too spicy.

On tap. Pours cloudy opaque with an off-white head. Very spicy nose, a dry fruitiness. Medium body, again dry fruits and lots of X-mas spices: allspice and cloves. Has a light underlying tartness and some late licorice accents. 040910
