Aroma is moderate to heavy spicy, clove - carnations, white ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and spicy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle clear yellow colour with off-white head.Aroma of apple and caramel has note of herbal feels fresh and maybe the best from the brewery.

Bottle. Pours cloudy piss yellow with a off white bubbly head. Cinnamon, artofficial, caramel and fruits. Ashy and watery.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Spiced and citric to acidic apple aroma. Distinct cardemomme note. Fizzy mouthfeel. Spiced flavoured and distinct cardemomme flavoured. Citric and phenolic finish. Dry and spiced.

Bottle from thewolf. Pale blonde, no head. Apple, cklove and cardemom in the aroma. Apple and a bunch of spices in the flavor. Cardemom, clove, anis. Ash in the aftertaste. Not my taste, Im afraid.

It is a light golden cider with a loose head. The aroma is dominated by cloves, but I also find a hint of almonds. The flavour is dominated by clove too, leaving very little room for light apple and allspice. I like the idea, but go easy on the cloves in the future...
