Bottle 50cl. @ [ Ulfborg Tasting ].
[ Courtesy of Maria ]. Light unclear yellow orange color with virtaually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy spicy - herbs, chervil, sour. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate to heavy acidic and vinegar acetic sour sour with a long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20081218]

Bottle bought at Kolding beertasting.Hazy golden colour with thin white head.Taste is sour like acid and medicine,feels unpleasant and unbalanced with odd bitter finish.

Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse 2009. Pours cloudy copper with a bubbly white head. Nose is spices, snis, fruit, ashy, skunky and muddy. Sour and basically not pleasant at all.

This version has 7,8%. It is warm golden with a white head and the mouthfeel is totally flat. The aroma is sour with a herbal and malty touch. The flavour is sour, very sour and it has notes of malt, herbs, light apple – and it is very unpleasant indeed.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy golden with a small off-white head that dissipates quickly. Very distinctly sourish aroma - almost vinegarish. Medium body with unclean apple notes and an indefinable spiciness. Dry and somewhat fusty. Astringent finish. Almost appears more like a cider than a beer! 310808

Hazy golden with no head. Sweet fruity aroma with spicy and wommit notes. Spicy flavour with wommit notes. Ends sour.

Bottled. An unclear orange-golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light acidic and phenolic notes. The flavor is acidic with notes of grapefruit, leading to a dry tart finish. There is a flaw somewhere in the production, brewing or bottling.

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a medium sized white head. Acidic aroma of puke and burnt plastic with notes of medicine. Acidic flavour of burnt plastic with notes of medicine. Disgusting.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Citric and infected aroma. Flavour is rotten and wooden vegetable with a distinct citric note. Acidic to citric finish. Strange and infected.

Bottle. [Papsoe tasting 31-08-2008, thanks buddy] Average rocky white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of fruit, elderflower, floral, mild spice. Over the palate came vinegar and sour fruit that surprised me as the nose was quite sweet and fruit. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Heavy sour and mild sweet flavor. Lingering spicy sour finish.
