Bottle - Hazy golden body with a green shine, no head; Quite nice and good sized nose, the Christmas spices are quite unfitting though; Acidy fresh body, the spices makes it a little harsh; Way to much clove in the finish, the alcohol is way to powerful as well, 10% might be to much for a Cider.

Bottle, thx to thewolf. It pours a clear yellow body, rather fizzy in the beginning, and topped by a minimal white head. Apples and some yeast in the aroma and flavor, the yeast being subdued in the flavor, and the alcohol is quite evident in the mouth. Medium body. Long finish with apples and alcohol. I find this cider a bit one-dimentional, and I also would like the alcohol to be toned down. But hey, it’s sure drinkable. (080301)

Thewolf tasting. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white film. Aroma of cinnamon and fruit. Flavour is fruity with cinnamon but has to much alcohol.

(on bottle, thanx to thewolf) Yellow, no head. Sweet, alcoholic appelwine aroma, a tad sweet ´n´sour, with no carbonation to balance it. Gets very dry and alcoholic in the finish.

Bottle @ thewolf tasting.
Bought @ Kolding Ølmesse.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is wonderfully spiced, cloves and cinnamon. Light creaminess to the mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly tart, well vinious and with good spices. Fine apple finish. Would still prefer the 5,9 version.
