3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Amarga, en botella una mica massa gran per un sol. Però més que decent i millor que una estrella / san miguel o similars

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Deep ambery brown colour, mediumsized beigeish foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight metallicness as well as sour freshly cut woodennotes. Flavour is rather grassy and and bit sour fruity. Also has some spices, nuts and earthyness in it. Probably some kind of infection is the root for the sourness in this one. Yet it was quite drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle @ El Flabiol, Barcelona.
Pours clear, deep, metallic brown with a good, staying, small, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma has pepper, caramel, raisins and light fruity hops. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is first dominated by grassy bitterness, then some caramel and hazel mixed with liqourice. A light touch of chocolate and a long, lingering bitterness. Fine.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
375ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Deep copper, ice-cream float head. Hoppy and slightly sour aroma. Sharp in the palate - sour notes. Very soapy taste. Presumably not at its best due to the sourness, but it’s impossible to tell what this would be like in top condition. Would the hops still be astringent, I don’t know?

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at la Cerveteca, Barcelona, unpasteurised, gas pressure. A hazy deep golden beer with a fine white head and a very attractive aroma, malty and lightly sweet with a phenolic touch. A full dry palate with a dose of grapefruity hops that turns thistly and tongue-coating in the US pale ale style, but not overbitter and with a vivid note of burnt rubber roast, probably from crystal malt. A peppery long-lasting finish with a lingering resin note ends a balanced and enjoyable beer with plenty of substance.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy light sunny golden with plenty of lacing in its white head. Highly mineral, flowery, lightly citric and quite dry blonde really. Very well executed. Nothing very idiosyncratic, but this remains one of the best ales in Spain from what I’ve had. Grassy and long bitter finish and its yeast actually possesses some character.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Bruxellensis 06. Dark brown, big golden creamy head. Quite fresh hops, chocolate, light roast, fruit (peach, berries).
Fairly lightbodied. Fruity malf, candied fruit flavornotes which carry over into the aftertaste,
