Corpo medio-basso, carbonatura corretta. Mediocre.

Bottle. Very thin, barely there white head; coppery orange color that’s mostly clear. Caramel and light citrus hops in the aroma, slight sweetness. Light sweetness carries through into the taste with some light hoppiness that comes off citrus and a little earthy. Caramel again, but not overpowering. Medium slick MF, with subtle carbonation. Not bad.

Amarga, en botella una mica massa gran per un sol. Però més que decent i millor que una estrella / san miguel o similars

Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Deep ambery brown colour, mediumsized beigeish foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight metallicness as well as sour freshly cut woodennotes. Flavour is rather grassy and and bit sour fruity. Also has some spices, nuts and earthyness in it. Probably some kind of infection is the root for the sourness in this one. Yet it was quite drinkable.

Bottle @ El Flabiol, Barcelona.
Pours clear, deep, metallic brown with a good, staying, small, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma has pepper, caramel, raisins and light fruity hops. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is first dominated by grassy bitterness, then some caramel and hazel mixed with liqourice. A light touch of chocolate and a long, lingering bitterness. Fine.

375ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Deep copper, ice-cream float head. Hoppy and slightly sour aroma. Sharp in the palate - sour notes. Very soapy taste. Presumably not at its best due to the sourness, but it’s impossible to tell what this would be like in top condition. Would the hops still be astringent, I don’t know?
