500ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 16-05-2014.
In short: an earthy pale ale.
Pours murky golden with frothy white head. Good head retention, good lacing. Citrusy, earthy aromas. Medium body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste follows the nose, some harsh notes due to overcarbonation, moderate bitterness, dry aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Vaso Shaker. Saboreada en may´12. Color Oro Sáhara y apariencia algo velada. Corona marfileña y persistente. Aromas de levadura, matices de pan fresco, notas afrutadas –albaricoque-, flores y lavanda. Entrada resinosa y amargor seco. Maltas dulces y gentil paladar. 500ml bottle. Shaker glass. Enjoyed on may´12. Sahara gold in color, chill haze. Off-white, slowly fading, crown. Yeast, fresh bread hints, fruity notes –apricot hues-,flowers & lavander to the nose. Resiny upfront & dry bitterness. Sweet malts & gentle mouthfeel. Medium body, soft carbonation. Hop & mildy malty cereals are well balanced. Slightly woody & lemon zest touches into the finish. Pleasant, refreshing & drinkable.
