Hoppy taste, little malt. Nice enough but somehow lacking in interest. 2345

Cask@GBBF, 2009. Cloudy golden/orangey beer. The aroma is very mildly sour and malty hopped, and the flavour is fruity, gently yeasty, and gently dry. Overall a reasonable yeasty and lightly hopped beer.

Draught. [Beer festival 2009] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma of citrus, malt, liquorish, fruit, and light grapefruit like. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light dry and bitter finish.

Golden with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with a tiny hint of apple. Sweet and fruity hoppy flavour

From tap@Københavnske Øldage 2009. Virtually no head. Body is unclear, greyish golden. A cider-ish apple aroma and a whiff of yeast and grass. Dryish, light fruit-flavored. Limited, but fine fruity bitterness. Medium, low carbonated body. Slick texture. Bitterish, yeasty finish.

Draught at KBH Festival, 2009. Cloudy yellow with a large egg white head. Fruity hops in the aroma. Citrus & grass. Medium and smooth palate. Ends dry and bitter. Fine

CBF09. Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. light malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2009. Cloudy golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of spices and yeast with notes of hops. Fruity flavour of hops, grape fruits and pine needles with notes of grass. Dry hoppy finish.

Too bitter but wel brewed, it looks like a real micro brewery but nice work.
