500ml bottle. Light gold colour. Light body and average carbonation. Herbal aromas. White head, some persistance, somelacing. Taste is light bitter, with some fruit. Average dry finish. Easy to drink, enjoyable, but nothing impressive.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Band aid aromas. Sweet grassy bread upfront turning to mild band aid in the lasting bitter finish.

Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours orange tinged gold with a foamy/creamy off-white head. Floral over light caramel for aroma. Med + body. Frothy carb. Flavor is pretty hoppy - but mostly floral with some fruit. But at the end the bitter really attacked the sides of my tongue. Then it released me. Then it did it again. It’s far from NW bitter, but it’s got a lot of non-harsh hop bitter.

Leicht sauer, wässrig. Gefällt mir etwas besser als die Version mit deutschem Malz, das Bier wirkt ausbalancierter, das Bier an sich reifer.

Sampled during Bamberg trip 2011. This one in the train, thanks to evil stepdad. Hazy yellow with a frothing white head. Fresh mild flowery and citrus hop aroma. Fresh crisp wellbalanced swee/bitter flavor.
