COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Sample at Leuven International Beer Festival. Fruit, acid, hops in the aroma. Poured orange, clear, no head (maybe cause bottle was already open long time?) Taste was more messy than the aroma. Bitter, yet watery, some minimal hints of the sourness of the aroma.

A hazed golden amber ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light corky notes, light chalky notes, cherries, a bit light and thin, OK. Bottle at Bičres et Saveurs 2015.
