750ml bottle. Chalice glass. Enjoyed on dec´11. Pale golden in color. Brief head, white in color. Acid green apples & pears aromas with fresh grass notes. Slightly sweet malty upfront then gentle acid flavor with subtle tartiness. Light body full flavor. Soft carbonation. Grapes, cask-wood & lemon zest into the finish. Hints of grapefruit. Aftertaste carrries astringent lemon. Very well balanced flavors & aromas. Delicious.

Great, mild, funky aroma with a hint of hoppiness. Looks decent in glass, but a bit murky. Taste is beautiful with a fantastic balance between a sour and a pale ale and the funkiness blends perfectly with the hoppy pale. The palate is good, but I feel it lacks something, hard to put my finger on it though. Overall it’s a fantastic beer and a beer I’d love to forget in my cellar for a couple of years. It really shows how the craft beer revolution is coming to spain!

Bottled@omhpertasting. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, tart wood, some mild sweetish notes as well. Flavour is tart wood, some sweet fruits, mild wooden notes as well as some slight sour notes as well. Pleasantly balanced and a rather pleasant wild ale.

Totalment decepcionat. Gens d’espuma, gens de carbònic. Sembla una sidra esbrabada. Potser la botella estava en mal estat. La tornaré a provar més endavant. Una llàstima.

Bottled, from El Estribo, Madrid. Hazy golden, no head. Funky brett aroma. Mid dry with light-medium body. No acidity, but really funky with sweaty dill and cooked seafood. Spritzy, complex and rustic, yet with elegance. Light salty finish. Really interesting stuff.

Sincere thanks to Jean Hummler at Moeder Lambic. Bottled. Easy-going tangy, lemony, mildly horsey nose. Golden orange color, bright and clear. Tangy lemony taste too with a somewhat disconnected bitterness. Refreshing and tasty, like other Cantillon-pale ale blends I’ve tasted. Why don’t more breweries do this?

Medium off-white, fast gone head over faintly hazy orange-foxy beer with a golden shine. Vinous, C-hops in the nose, with old wine casks and Brettanomyces. Lambic-like with a vinous, sherry-like quality from a good flor. Extra-dry finish, refreshing all the same. Dry-out effect. I want more of this! Amazing that the lambic doesn’t overwhelm the pale ale completely. MANY thanks to Jean Hummler for this bottle!
