COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Great, mild, funky aroma with a hint of hoppiness. Looks decent in glass, but a bit murky. Taste is beautiful with a fantastic balance between a sour and a pale ale and the funkiness blends perfectly with the hoppy pale. The palate is good, but I feel it lacks something, hard to put my finger on it though. Overall it’s a fantastic beer and a beer I’d love to forget in my cellar for a couple of years. It really shows how the craft beer revolution is coming to spain!

Sampled from bottle @ Leuven Innovation Beer Festival. Hazy yellow orange color, small white head. Smell and taste sourish, a hint of hops in the distance, sort of hops mixed with brett and geuze. Suitable body and soft carbonation. Yeah I like it.

24/V/15 - sample @ LIBF (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2015-711) Thanks to the Belgian (and Dutch, and...) RB crew for sharing today’s beers!

Clear orange beer, small to no head. Aroma: funky, brett notes, just like an Orval, this is not bad! MF: no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty bitter, watery, slightly hoppy, bit sourish. Aftertaste: hoppy touch, watery, a bit lemony. Way too light in flavour and in body. Too bad, cause this is a good start to make an Orval clone!

15cl sample from bottle at the Leuven Innovation Beer Festival (25 V 2015). Lovely amber coloured ale, with clear, sour lambic notes. Great sourness, very brett, dry, fruity, but also with a flat (very flat) overall taste and too short aftertaste.

Bottle at Leuven Innovation Beerfestival, thanks for sharing! Flat, little sour, yeasty. Farmhouse-style, which I like, but it misses some body.

sebletitje (7879) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAY 25, 2015
Bottle sample @ Leuven Beer Innovation 2015, shared with the RB Belgian crew.
