COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, thanks to our host with the most, 24/10/14. Lightly hazed golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is musty, dank notes, bitter lemon, straw, tarte white grape, woody tones. Taste falls away from a more promsing nose, citric peel, musty wood, apple core, tangy fruits. Medium bodied, flat with limited carbonation, tangy fruit licks in the close. SImple sour, not unpleasant but carries little depth.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Bruce. Pours clear gold with a bubbly white head. Nice aroma, some melon, grass, lemon rind. Light to medium sweet with some metallic notes, a bit of tangy citrus, orange rind, white grape. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Bitter rind finish, light alcohol, some further metal, lemon, light citric bite, hay. So so.

Bottle thanks to Bruce. It pours lightly hazy golden with no head. It pours earthy, barnyard, honeysuckle, stone fruit, tangerine, sherbet and light candy sweetness. The taste is earthy, woody, musty, mouldy bread, cereal, hay and dirt with a earthy finish. Medium body and pretty much no carbonation. Nose is rather lovely, but the taste is disappointly flat, must and sort of bland. Interesting, but it hasn’t won me over.

Bottle in hotel courtesy of biraire, cheers Joan!
hazy orange with fruity dry hay notes and orange blossom water on nose. Medium body, minor carbonation, orange peel, lightly lactic tartness. Easy drinking and refreshing.

750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy amber / copper with a lacy, white head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts, light oak, light funkiness, some spices and light fruits, and some earthiness. Flavor the same with sort of a weird finish. Average texture. A decent beer but I was expecting better since it’s blended with a traditional lambic.

Cervesa amb clar perfil acid tot i estar molt ben equilibrat amb la dolçor i l’amargor, llastima que presenta diacetil, sobretot en boca, gens adient per disfrutar aquesta cervesa.

Bottle at Avenue Pub. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is rubber funk and tart. Thin mouthfeel with light funk and sour fruits. Good.

Pours a medium copper color with a trace of big fisheye bubbles around the edges. The nose is inviting with dusty lemons, stonefruit, barnyard funk, wet oak and floral fieldgrass. On the palate its flat and lifeless... oak juice, stale grass and so damn boring. The nose really makes you think this beer is spot on but the lack of any carbonation creates results that are very lackluster. Literally taste like water aged in a oak barrel that used to have a juicy lambic in it but only traces of its former self have survived. Watery. Meh.

Beguda de botella 75cl. Cervesa tèrbola d’aroma estrident i cítric. Gust a sidra d’aginaga amb tocs de malta i profunda acidesa al paladar amb lleugera amargor final. Ser català i atrevir-se amb una làmbic. Grans!

Es una lambic i encara costa acostumbrarme al seu gust. Pero es una delicia probarla.
