Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, roasted bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120420]

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and caramel.

On tap. Beautiful clear orangey brown with a tall and dense creamy beige head. Sweet roast, caramel and nuts in the nose - and heavy diacetyl. Medium-bodied, sweet burned caramel and some dried fruit. Subdued bitterness. 200412

From tap. Pours clar and golden deep amber to ar brown. Light butterish and dark malty flavoured. Smooth dark malty and light roasted. Bitter and dry. Ends roasted and dark malty into the finsh.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2007 Bottled, thanks Zappa Was Right! Dark brown, minimal head. Light lemony aroma. Sweet and light to medium bodied. Roasty well structured malt disturbed by light lemony acidity. Salty bitterness.

Bottled (Thanks Zappa Was Right! and omhper). Amber colour, white mediumsized head. Aroma is fruits, acidicness and some hops. Flavour is dark fruits, some slight acidicness and caramel.

Draught at Bryggerifestival at Malmö Brygghus. Clear red-brown coloured with a huge off-white head. Malty aroma of grain, caramel and bread. Malty flavour of caramel and bread with notes of hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival 2007 afterfestival at Per’s
Brown color. Some caramel aroma and old furniture. Very dry mouthfeel, and too much metallic feeling (with some caramel too, but who cares now?).

Draft @ Stora öl små bryggerier festival @ Malmö Brygghus. Pours a dark amber color with a small longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with hints of diacetyl. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Ruby red color, small off-white head. Light diacetylic nose. A bit roasted, sweetish toffeish flavor. Lots of xxx (can’t read my handwriting).
