Served in very unique glass! Dark amber yellow with a frothy white head. Spicy aroma, clove and cinnamon, then a tropical fruit aroma. Fizzy but full mouthfeel. The spicy notes come through from the nose, again cinnamon and clove. This is followed by a slightly sweet fruitiness which is cut short by wheat dryness that lasts through to the end. Tasted at the brewery, Ahlbeck, Usedom, Germany. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy copper color, creamy head. Quite nice but light malt aroma. Poor flavor, some malt, medium bodied, with a good bitterness, but the final has a very light sourness too. Nothing special.

Draught at the brewpub. It’s a unclear, warm golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, grain and caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness, pleasant notes of caramel, malt and the finish is slightly dry. It’s a nice one.

Draught at the brewpub. Very nice glass. Hazy deep amber coloured. Very malty, fruity and quite hoppy aroma. Sweet fruity and malty flavour with some hop bitterness towards the finish. Medium bodied. After drinking a few glasses of this nice brew I went over to have look at the tiny brewing plant (50 L. I believe) situated in a corner of the small Keller. There I found malt extract and hop extract. So, this beer is proof that you can brew a very good beer with extract.
