Bottled. Amber colour. Smells like a Gin & Tonic. Also notes of soil in aroma. Flavour is very much soily and cellary, with smallish notes of juniper. Body is pretty light. Refreshing and interesting beer. Not a pilsener, rather a Spice/Herb/Vegetable.

Bottle from Delerium cafe. A potpourri of herbs partying sensibly inside my mouth. They’re all behaving in an orderly fashion but somehow it’s still fun. Nice unexpected kick to the finish.
