Mar 14, 2008 Bottle BBE June 08. Pours dark brown and somewhat cloudy, Light brown foam. Creamy and buttery aroma. Some caramelly Notes and a hint of chocolate. Sour tang in the background.Big mouthfeel. Very creamy with a sourish burnt bitterness. Medium big body. Balanced slightly towards bitterness. I wonder how long it will stay fresh?

Mar 13, 2008 (Bottle) Pours a beautiful dark reddish brown with a light brown head. Big butterscotch aroma with some caramel and milk chocolate notes. Sweet liquorice and grassy hops are also present. If you concentrate you might pick up some hints of landfill. The flavour is also full of butterscotch tones alongside notes of milk chocolate and roast/toast. Some grassiness. The mouthfeel quite smooth and mild. Some sour notes both in the aroma and flavour. Medium bodied.
