Sample @ Hasegawa Saketen, Omotesando Hills: Rosey peach color, no head. Nose of koji and light raspberry, super acidic and dry. Strong musky flavor. Long earthy finish. These light fruity sparkling sakes are so not my thing, but it was a free sample.
