3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 JorisPPattyn (6710) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAR 9, 2007
Draught Fully hazy, dark-red beer, with good; medium off-white head. A bit of chocolate, a bit of milk, and somehow, vanilla tinted CO². Slightly sourish mix of milk, bitter chocolate; generally sweet-ish, and unremarkable. Finish is hop-bitter, but not my choice of hops. A tad underattenuated. Medium to well-bodied; slick, sticky MF. Half-way Bock.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 ravidesai (916) - Bombay, INDIA - APR 3, 2003
best of the bunch at airbrau. murky red brown, thin head. heady caramel, malt aroma with a alcohol presence.
taste starts out rich and malty and deepens as the beer warms developing a caramel and toffee character.
hides its nearly 8% alcohol quite well.
