Cask at the Airways Tap Room, but note that this is a summer special: the Jet City infused with lavender. Hazy amber pour with a brief, white head leaving a coarse lace. The lavender is present in the nose, along with some caramel malt and some citrus hops. Medium body wit low carbonation, as you get with a Real Ale - marvelous. Caramel, lavender (somehow), cinnamon, almonds and toast. Fairly short, bittersweet finish which impertinently requests another pint. Good stuff - the cask ales from Airways are top notch and this special edition ranks highly.

Nice ESB flavors – Amber in color, slight haze with a thin white head. The nose was filled with malt and hops balance. Flavoring was ESB bitter with a good caramel malt. Very tasty and my first Airways Brewing beer.

Pours and amber-bodied ale topped with a lightly red-tanned thick head.
Medium-malting with subdued hop nose (Willamette?). Characterized my a somewhat dankness. Delicately fruity body with some darker malts sprinkled in that push it to a deeper fruitiness. Infused with light-kilned red-amber malts.
