4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours translucent orange tinged gold with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus - so much itís ancient cat pee. Med + body. Flavor starts with sweet caramel - which is immediately crushed by mega citrus hop. Itís not harsh. The burn is more like a long road rash. My brewing instructor said humans lose it at about 100 IBU. Ok. Make that true. But the excess hops here are likely killing all my taste buds. Damn but this is a wild hop experience. Woot!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber poured into my ipa glass. Pours a clear amber color with a medium white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of pine, tropical, citrus and resin. Tastes of all the same things in the smell with a touch of caramel and a good hop bite. Mouthfeel is medium and creamy and slightly oily with good carbonation and a dry finish. At 200 ibu its a pretty smooth beer. Its still really hoppy but well balanced since thereís a pretty good malt presence as well. Hopefully they start brewing this on a regular basis.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft @ Airways. Clearish amber with a tiny head. Aroma of pine resin, tropical fruit and caramel. Flavor is a great blend of bitter hops, caramel malt and alcohol. Medium body with average carbonation. Hard to believe itís 200 ibuís, not abrasive at all.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22. Pours a cloudy burnished dark amber with a loose tan head that falls away. Huge florid fruity nose, bursting with mango and pineapple and grapefruit. Creamy thick body with soft carb. Caramel, mango, grapefruit, pineapple on the mid palate. Oily but not acidic or slick. No idea why they think this might be 200 IBU, but itís certainly crisp and bitter, and quite delicious. 200 IBU is silly though. But I still love the beer.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice big hops forward flavor and finish. Love the taste and the overall malt build. Terrific beer.
