2010 SBW Last Call. Clear dark amber color/ no head. Awesome, pungent freshly crushed spicy green cedar cone, caramel malt powder aromas. medium body with mild co2. Sharp caramel, dry, spicy tangy cedar sap flavors with some fresh floral hops. nice wood flavors here.

Oak and hops in the nose the Oak actually wins. Fruit hops and the oak aging does not work very well wit this brew. I like the hops and the IPA flavoring but the Oak was just too much. A decent brew could have sat less on the oak.
