Apr 6, 2008 Draught at Bicke, Kichijoji, Tokyo- presented there just as Minoh IPA. Hazy amber with a small head. Citrussy aroma. Good citrussy flavours; grapefruit, lemon and apples. Great.

Mar 24, 2008 12 oz bottle, courtesy of hogfodder, shared with after4ever and myself on 3/20/08. Pour is hazy deep orange an off white head. Aroma deep sweetness, Werther’s candy. Taste of sweet floral maltiness and more of the caramel sweetness. Some nice bitterness in the finish. Good one, thanks Rick!

Mar 21, 2008 12-oz. Thanks, Hogfodder! Hazy dark brown with thick, sudsy tan head. Huge brown sugar nose. Medium body, plenty carb. Resiny, woody, lightly sugary mid-palate. Long woody finish.

Dec 20, 2007 Tap at Thrash Zone. Dry hopped at the brewery with centennial hops. Strong hop presence in the aroma, molasses, some herbal, and burnt sugars. Strong hops in the flavor as well, sweet malty molasses, bitter hops, herbal notes finish it up. Fairly thick body. Though this is a good brew I found the combination of the flavors a little annoying at the end of the pint. Still, I’d order it again.

Sep 29, 2006 Thick foamy white head, over hazy amber brown body (great looking head). Surprisingly weak nose with notes of German hops. Rich med-full mouth. Somewhat malty, but no noticable bitterness. Finish is mute. Alcohol is well hidden, but this beer just goes nowhere. Kind of like some some of the hot chicks in Shibuya. Great to look at, but not alot of substance.
