UPDATED: SEP 26, 2008 Bottled. Clear pale amber, small head. Sweaty nose with vinegar, lingonberry and blood. Sweet with a slight sticky sloppiness and medium body. Phenolic and minerally with slight citric vinegar. Low bitterness.

Bottle. Malty aroma with grassy hops. Undistinguished but not all that bad. Light amber color with a fine, low head. Clear. Sweet flavor with caramel and grain, as well as some strange, medicinal thing. Slightly cloying, and rather unbalanced, though some bitterness at the finish. Diacetyl too. Rather amateurish.

Pours a straw yellow with slight haze. Nose was paper and staples. Taste was stale grains, chalky yeast, and metal soaked in piss.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a small off white head. Nose is mostly grain. Flavor also held some metallics and a little strange overall.

Bottle. Pours clear amber, off-white head. Aroma is canned tuna and spices. Flavor is funky, musty, and spicy. More like a saison?
