Bottle from Drink Monger. A clear sake with a beautiful aroma of pineapple, liquorice and alcohol. A Mr Bassett liquorice allsorts flavour, just a little sweet, with lingering pineapple and liquorice again. Absolutely lovely!

Bottled, 330ml from a very lovely Japanese couple met at Minehead Beer Fest ’11. Clear liquid. Extremely smooth fruity drink, it’s hard to describe, but a fleshy, peach like flavour. Alcohol, but again very smooth. Really pleasant.

Bottle. Straw colour. Floral, citrus and aniseed aroma. Delicious hints of pineapple, licorice, earthy and perfumey traits towards the finish. A good dry sake with a smooth, slim texture. Very elegant sake.
