bottle 33cl in Paris. A clear amber-copper ale with high carbonation and low head. Good malty caramel taste with a good hoppy charater, the finish is quite bitter. The sweetness is medium, not exceptional but pleasant beer.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet matly with notes of both spices and caramel.

I found this to be one of the best beers I have ever tasted.So much so that I am returning Saint John de Luz in Southern France to try it again.
