Glass poured at Japanese Pavilion @ Epcot. Clear pour with just a hint of yellow. Strong koji aroma with a light fruitiness. Clean smooth rice graininess, more fruit notes popping through in the taste. Alcohol pops through in the aftertaste. Nice refreshing sake, but pricey.

At Hiro’s Yakko-San. There is a slight yellow tint to the crystal clear sake. Nice bright koji aroma is fresh and inviting. Nice pineapple notes throughout nose and body. Dry finish adds an earthiness. Clean, good flavors, very good.
