Very clear pour. Very light refreshing aroma. Minerally. The flavor is also delicate with notes of melon, minerals, light floral presence ad well. Light body, refreshingly wet mouthfeel. Good.

At a Sushi place called Lux in Andersonville as a sampler. Poured into a small glass clear thick and cold. Aroma of oak, plum and light alcohol. Light in taste as compared to other sakes in my past, aftertaste is soft. Texture is watery. Just average to the other two I had that day.

Slightly yellow. Spicy, woody aroma with light koji. Fresh-tasting, with a light alcohol signature. Spicy, toasty with hints of koji and balsawood.

Very little aroma and a watery texture greets your lips. This sake was less light and possessed more flavor (particularly floral). It's a tad sweet with a light alcohol burn. Decent.
