Thick creamy head on this dark amber beer. Aroma of nuts and roast grains, taste of fruit, with some dry hop bitterness. Palate is right on, with adequate lingering residual flavor. Nicely done.

Amber color beer with a stable beige head. Spices and cider notes in the aroma. Flavor is also spicy and has caramel traces. Refreshing dry end.

33cl bottle at Berliner bierfestival. Bought because it was said to be fom Ghana, but... Strange sourish fruity aroma with notes of berries and citrus. Not at all what I expected. Don’t quite know what this is. Slightly unpleassnt, but drinkable. Strange stuff. (2014-08-01)

Schwer zu sagen, was das hier eigentlich sollte. Kam vom Secret Santa. Trinkbar, jedoch an gewissen Stellen billig wirkend mit etwas Hopfen, Hefe und ein klein wenig Belgien. Ganz ok, wenn auch mit einigen Abstrichen.

Pours out of the bottle in a hazy dark amber-brown colour with low steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops, Belgian yeast and vanilla. Taste of cheap hops, Belgian yeast, flowers, acid. Metallic-copper finish. Awful stuff.

Bottle, 330 ml, bought thinking it was coming from Ghana, way wrong. Poured into a stemmed glass. ABV 5.5% Pours adeep orange copper to light amber brown coloured beer, with a tall and thick off white head. Very good retention, it leaves thick lacing on the glass. Aroma of grass, hops, sweet malts and a bit of honey, very nice actually. Taste follows the aroma, the honey notes less notable now, nice flavour of hops, mildly sweet but unfortunately with a metallic flavour on the finish which would be better gone. Medium thin body with good carbonation and light dryness on the palate. Overall a quite nice beer, I opened it thinking it would be just another pale lager but I was pleasantly surprised, even for a Vienna, very nice!

Bottle in my Vienna Hotel.Light haze on this amber beer. Tidy pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate. Mild minerals. Papery semi dry caramel. Light skewed bitterness before a dry finish. Touch of bubblegum. Dull as dishwater!
