From the bottle, this poured with a massive head (too much added carbonation?). It’s got a solid copper color. The mild aroma is of sweet malt. Predominately malt, this swims with an apple-tart finish. OK, not great.

Feb 17, 2006 In the bottle. Light gold with a white head. This is another of the bland Ak beers. The most pronounced flavor is of sodium bicarbonate. A sour/tart finish punctuates this lame brew.
