2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a very pale yellow with a medium white head. Has an aroma of straw. Flavor consists of a lemony lager with a bitter bite. Has a really pleasant finish of citrus and floral (goldenrod, I’d say) sweetness. The brewer told me that this is not low carb, alcohol or calorie compared to the other American Pale Lagers made here. It’s just the name, so this may have the wrong style classification. While the beers at this place are by no means worth planning an out-of-state trip to try, they do indeed make better "lighter" beers than they do higher gravity styles.

On tap at the brewery. Golden yellow. Very bready and sweet. Almost like a cookie dough or bubble gum. Worst yet.
