On tap at the brewpub. Pours a pale yellow with a thin white head. This is filtered. Has a malty aroma like a caramel lollipop, but not much of a wheat aroma. Has a mild bitter flavor at first, but then you get a quick candy powdered sugar finish. Then, nothing at all. Very watery body.

From the bottle: Dark yellow with a small white head (only small one I’ve seen from Aksarben!). Soapy aroma. Sweet and silky with a lemon-juice component. Heavy on the tongue. No yeast, no wheat. Hmm.
