A bit thin mouthfeel, low bitterness. 5/3/5/3/10=2.6 yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 12, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours dark orange, almost murky and with a classic white wheat beer head. Light malt aroma, classic eastery wheat aroma. Flavour starts quite sweet. Goes into a more fruity/estery wheat note and has a light acidic touch. Dusty, sweet wheat-malty nose with notes of bubble gum, light fruity notes of banana and clovy spice. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter and faint acidic flavour, light body impression, medium carbonation. Wheaty and slightly fruity taste with notes of bubble gum; sweet wheat-malty and moderately clove spicy finish. A decent kind of Ur-Weizen (23.04.08). joss (3108), Garching b. München, Germany Apr 10, 2008 Bottle. Light spice nose. Murky golden-orange, off-white head. Bready, almond, oranges, bubblegum. Clove and peach retronasal. Medium to light body, sparkly mouthfeel.
