50 cL bottle. Pours pale and cloudy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head.Vague wheat aroma. Flavour is mild acidic with a light wheaty base and a mild yeasty/estery note on top. Ends with a mild acidic note into a dry finish.

Bottled(500ml). -The waitress poured it from bottle on the bar. In Kainz Restaurant near Neuschwanstein Castle.
Hazy lemon coloured, sopay white head, acidic yeasty and odd parmesan cheese nose. Lighter hefe weizen that tastes quite nice but the lack of alcohol is obvous.

(on bottle)A hefe without much punch, but a nice aroma to it. The latter means, in my case, a vague bananatone and a slight roast of malts. The beer is pale yellow, nice big head. Wellcarbonated, but the lack of alcohol leaves a hole in the mouthfeel not retreated by anything the beer can offer.
