Commercial Description:
Brewed with real Buderim ginger and a winner with ginger lovers, this spicy drop manages to refresh whilst giving a warming glow. We love this beer with chicken, pork or seafood and it makes a great marinade too!

Bottle. Clear golden with no trace of a head. Good ginger aroma. Light body with medium carbonation. The flavour is very impressive: perhaps slightly sweet, but only slightly, the ginger is truly impressive building to quite an intense heat that lasts a long time. This is a great ginger beer.

Bottle at Australian Beer Festival. Really nice stuff this. Quite sweet and syrupy at first but the carbonation and ginger spice dries things right out. Lots of rich ginger root (possibly with skin on?) flavour. Finishes very warming, and it just keeps on going. I could see myself drinking a number of these on a warm summers day.
