Bottle 750ml @ yngwie
Pours clear golden. Aroma has notes of honey and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet with a long sweet warming finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily with no carbonation.

Bottle @ Yngwie’s, courtesy of Yngwie. Thanks man! :-) Clear golden honey-hued body. Strong boozy notes, honey and beeswax. Taste is beeswax, sweet honey, hints of yeast and corn starch. OK, but not great.

Bottle. Golden colour with no head. Aroma is honey, flower, heather, alcohol, Flavour is sweet, alcohol, honey, heather, flower, spices. Nice mead.

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, golden mead without carbonation or head. The aroma has mostly honey, some flowers blending in. The flavor is sweet, honey-ish and flowery. Full-bodied and warming. A pleasant mead, with sufficient amounts of honey. Rating: 6-3-6-4-13-3.2. 100814

Bottle. A clear, golden mead with a little rim of off-white bubbles. Quite honey-dominated aroma with some flowery notes. Sweet, honey flavor with flowers and a little alcohol warmth. Full-bodied and warming. Warming, honey finish with flowers. A pleasant one, slightly sour but pleasantly sweet and warming. 101112

Bottle.Pours golden ,no head.Aroma is sweet honey , sugar, spice and yellow apples.Flavor is sweet honey and spice.Full body,no carbonation.Very smooth and nice mead.

Clear medium to dark yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, spicy honey, moderate alcohol. Flavor is heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy honey, honey, berry ! Body is medium, texture is syrupy - oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. Bottle. Clear golden with no head. The aroma is sweet honey and faint fruity. The flavour is honey, some fruit and light citrus. Nice balance.

Bottle, 14%. Farty aroma, quite rough. Clear golden colour. The flavour is quite sweet. Has a bit of spicy honey notes as well as some old wood.

Hazy golden color. Some aroma of honey and chemicals, alcohol too, not very interesting. Very sweet mead, with enough honey flavor and an interesting balancing acidity. Warming alcohol. Balanced but not very complex.
