Ungstrup (14754), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 16, 2008 Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as a lighter note of citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of grass and grapefruit from the hops, leading to a dry bitter and grassy finish. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Nov 7, 2009

anders37 (4516), Malmö, Sweden Dec 4, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy pine needles aroma with hints of grapefruit. Sweetish malty hoppy piny and grapefruit flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy bitter finish. thedm (3833), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Aug 6, 2007 This draft brew from the Oregon Brewers festival poured a small sized head of frothy medium to large sized white colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent typically carbonated light orange brown colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was hoppy and mild floral. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong mild vinous hop aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of piney hops. A decent one that I would consider buying again. SledgeJr (2957), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Dec 20, 2007 Sample at GABF 2007. Pours dark amber with a thin white head. Flavor is not unlike a strong glass of ice tea. Mild carbonation and a slight edge of fruitiness. Finishes with a pleasant lingering bitterness on the back of the tongue. presario (2953), Calgary, Alberta, Canada May 23, 2008 Tap at Horse Brass. Thick creamy head on dark orange amber. Rich hop note. Big fruity taste. Dry hop finish. beerinmarch (2781), Alabama, USA Aug 31, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Pours amber with a soft white head. Maltier IPA, the hops gave balance but were softer then your typical NW IPA. I didn’t pick up much floral hop quality, maybe with the increase in hop prices they have stopped dry hopping. unclemattie (2370), Georgia, USA Sep 4, 2007 Tap. Heavy IPA! This should be an Imperial IPA! Light orange color. Floral sweetness aroma. Floral bitterness taste.
