3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: Caramel in color, hazy, moderate fizzy off-white head, drops quickly, patchy lacing.   Sour musty nose, slight unripened
pale fruit skin.   Seems more of a Gueuze than an American Pale Ale.   Tart on the tongue, mild sweetness, a little malty, without
much of a hop bite.   Or at least its very subtle.   Feels a bit fizzy.   Average body and mouthfeel.   Tangy tart finish.
This is not an American Pale at all.   Regardless, its okay, but certainly not to style.   Thanks Bill!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22. Pours a cloudy burnished dark amber with a very light and sudsy tan head. Scant drippy lace. Mild caramel and brown bread nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Caramel and a little bit of biscuit on the mid palate. Not really very much happening here, other than the cool name and label.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of very pleasant floral hops, some resin, and light pale crackery malts quite subdued. Flavour is characterized mostly by the floral hops, with some crackery malt to back - mild astringency on the finish. Very pleasant and refreshing.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
(22oz bomber thanks to Mora2000) clear amber, lasting fine white bubbles. Nose is very bitter, greens, table sugar, pine, could strip the wax off the bottle. Taste of pine, alcohol, very bitter, sugary, sweet and bitter finish, a bit much of all flavors.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy copper, amber color with no head & light lacing. The aroma is very grapefruity with hops, fresh & floral. Light hopiness compliments the malts perfectly. The use of specialty hops is the key I think. Finishes lightly sweet & bitter. mmmmmmm, not over the top like Stone Pale, more balanced like it should be. Definately dry hopped I think.
