Bomber from Made In Oregon. Pours copper with a fizzy/creamy near-white head. Aroma is orange mostly, but a deep inhale brings up a little earthyness. Pretty foamy in the mouth. It’s dry, earthy, peppery, has some orange zest. The dusty earthy aspect comes out stronger towards the finish, which is a bit peppery. It’s a little unusual, but I’d say more saison than anything else. Could have used a bit more spice.

Nose of orange peel, some orange fruit notes, a little yeast esters, pepper, a touch of hay. Pours orange amber, white head and lace. Flavors of blood orange up front, a little peel, hay, pepper, and light yeast esters. Nice carbonation, almost quenching. Good use of citrus, natural, solid fruit beer.

Bottle:   Caramel colored, orange hued, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Spritzy orange peel and zest up front, slightly floral but very minor and fleeting.   Has a slight soapy aspect, fragrant you might say.   Aroma reminds me of citrus zest but also with a bit of spice to it, like a candle.   Not bad, but hard to pinpoint.   Somewhat floral, but a little astringent.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Seems a little rough.   I can appreciate what they were going for, but seems a little off the mark.

Golden orange in color, hazy with a thin off white head. Added Orange peel and blood orange juice added to the farm house ale. Tasty sweet and very dry in the finish. Nice malt build and added fruit flavors. Very good beer. Nice additions to the Saison style.
