Slightly estery nose with little cereal aroma. Transluscent golden with rocky white head. Strong breadiness followed by crisp finish. Light on body with bubbly carbonation. A truly enjoyable blonde.

Peach color. Clingy white head. Light fruity aroma. Medium body. Light stone fruit flavor. Like a fruity kolsch. Really refreshing.

Tap @ Bailey’s Taproom... Poured a very kolsch looking, hazy, pale golden with a thick white head, nice retention. Light, cracker malt and grassy, hop aroma. Thin palate with a dry presence. Light and easy drinking with an earthy, honey, tea-like sweetness. Dry, clean finish. I think this is very underrated here,

On tap at the brewery. Colour... lager gold with almost no head. Nose... beeswax and sugar. Palate... lots of CO2, some faint hops, honey and grain.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy aroma. Crisp swetish malty hoppy flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste.

On tap at the brewery. Pale gold with a smooth white head. I thought this was one of their better done beers, fairly hoppy golden with a crisp and softly spicy hop finish. Not a whole lot to this, but a nice golden.

On tap at Brewery--Thin dull straw body with a rich white head. Cereal malt caramel nose and body. Clean and sessionable, but nothing whatsoever to write home about. I’d still drink this puppy most any day.

Draft. A hazy orangey beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty - a quite light aroma. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and a light touch of fruit, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Boring.

Crisp and clean, and slightly generic, but not really a Kolsch to me. Spicy herbal hoppiness, with a touch of honey sweet maltiness. Really light and clean, a good opening beer.
