3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
From bottle. Dark golden yellow. Intense grassy hop aroma. Citrus and tropical fruit hop taste, with sweet caramel notes. Hoppiness is more sweet than bitter.

Better than average IPA... at 8.2% ABV itíll get you drunk... smooth drinking and has the usual IPA qualities (citrus taste...)

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On Tap. April 17th 2013 in Portland. Drinkable IPA a hazy yellow in color, a nice hoppy taste but nothing spectacular. A decent IPA sums it up.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slightly hazy golden yellow coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of alcohol, pine, grapefruit and bunches of hops with a hint of sugar. Full to Medium-bodied; Strong grapefruity flavour with citrus and pine noticeable and a good malt backbone without being too deep. Aftertaste shows a good balance of malt and hops with a lot of body, but not cloying at all. Overall, a nice Imperial IPA but nothing spectacular - a very good balance and showing some nice hop notes. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon yesterday, 12-April-2013 for US$4.98 sampled in my hotel room here in Portland a day later on 13-April-2013.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle shared at Gigantic. Pours a deep copper color with a medium to large white head with some lacing. A sweet fruity nose with apricot. The flavor is well balance with dry earthy malts, big fruity hops, oranges, and a bitter finish. Very clean. Tasty.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled at Fort Wayne rating party - this hazy copper beer has a good citrus hop dominated aroma and a lingering head that laces well. It has the expected strong bitterness and also an ample malt body that holds up all that hops well. Really good though Iíd have liked to see a little more complexity in the flavor.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Apricot, citrus, flowers, and a lot of caramel. My friend called this "wheaty". I didnít. Great DIPAs make you want to hold the glass to your nose and scream "MORE!" this wasnít quite like that, but still I really enjoyed it, the bitter attack was not thin and actually somewhat resinous, therefore good.

4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
One of the best tasting Imperial IPAs Iíve ever had. Very rich and full with some light chocolate notes. Not overly hoppy either.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bottle. Clearish amber with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma of caramel, citrus and floral hops. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, medium hop bitterness and a light alcohol presence. Medium body with a slightly syrupy mouth feel. Not a bad IIPA, a bit on the sweet side for me.
