Can at home, clear amber pour with a white head. Nose of peach, pine hops, caramel malts, alcohol notice, citrus, herbal notice, long bitter aftertaste. But not very well balanced

35cl Can from Sterk. Clear golden amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of melon, pineapple, some citrus, very fruity. Flavour is light malty, sweet, cloying fruits like melon and pineapple, light citrus, fruity acidity, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Didn’t really like it.

I gave this beer an overall score of 10 only because of the high alcohol content. Other than that, it’s a terribly standard Pale Ale.

A lot of sediment. The aroma is intensely sweet and fresh fruit. Flavour is very nicely balanced.

A hazy, light orange beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has tropical fruits, grapefruits and some pine. Taste has grapefruits, some pine, also sourness of grapefruits. Very strong and grapefruity bitterness, totally dry. Medium bodied, balanced. Strongly hopped and dry DIPA.

Very fragrant hop aroma with floral and grass and citrusy. Very bitter, active carbonation, further accentuating the crisp feel with the clean fermentation. Nice stuff. Not double ipa in terms of malts, but it is in taste power. And a heat from the alcohol too. A quite pale yet certainly imperial ipa, typical American stuff. (33cl can from Bière Révolution)

Pas vraiment une double IPA. Manque d’arôme. Par contre la base maltée est super bonne!

On tap in Portland. Taste is bitter citrus, pine, malt, dough and wood. Gentle, boozy finish. Well done.

Wow, a very wonderful IPA. Is has the most wonderful hops and has an overall very nice soft and impressive texture.
