Aroma is a nice crips pils malt with a decent amount of clean hops. Flavor is in the decnt category with a nice biscuit and grain. Hops do show up which is where many pils fall short. A pretty decent offering. wxman (594), O’Fallon, Illinois, USA

Pours a pale yellow with a decent small, but lingering white head. A nice crisp pils with a slight malty sweet hoppy taste. Great session lager. One of the best pils in the domestic market. xmarcnolanx (808), Kirkwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 28, 2007 This was their best beer by far. It had a nice hop aroma and bitterness. The malting was light, but not overly light like BMC-type pilsners. It was overall just a decent beer. Terminus (1955), Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 9, 2006 tap at Augusta bottoms beerfest-Pours light yellow with a small soapy white head. nose is very grassy, kind of like the trampled grass that we are standing on during this beerfest (the fest was in 2 tents out in the middle of the Missouri River valley). Nice flavor profile here-nice grassy/spicy hops with a malt structure that is definately not like most of the ilk-not soggy or boring. very tasty, classic and true to style. Nice body with medium carbonation. doesnt feel flimsy at all. very dry and spicy hoppy finish. I totally dig this beer from this new brewery! I actually voted this beer best in show due to its solidness and how true to style it is. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 7, 2006 Sampled at Augusta Bottoms Beer Festival 2006. Pours clear yellow with light carbonation and small white head. Aroma was quite grassy and husky with a hint of hops. Light / medium body with some sharp carbonation that was great for the style. The taste had the husky graininess that works well with pilsners and a big spicy hop finish. On one hand it is nothing earthshattering, but it is a very well done solid pilsner that doesn’t have the negative characteristics that mar so many others. My first beer from this new brewery & I look forward to many more.
